It’s not fate or luck that has another Calframax Technologies employee winning and award from CTMA (Canadian Tooling & Machining Association), it is hard work and great people.
Kevin Klippert is Calframax’s third employee to win an award from CTMA. Kevin has made rapid progression through one of our most complex 5 – axis mill turn departments while running two machines with the ability to run a third. While attending his schooling in the apprenticeship program at St. Clair College of Applied Arts & Technologies, Kevin was able to achieve one of the top marks in his class completing his semester with a high average while still continuing to work full time at Calframax Technologies.
Kevin was nominated by his direct supervisors for this award and overcame many other nominated individuals. This award not only came as an honor, but also with a MASTERCAM training session worth $1,600, a $500 KBC Tooling gift card, a Mitutoyo vernier caliper and micrometer set, and $1,250 cash.
Congratulations Kevin!
